Stewart Community Home is always in need of several items on an
ongoing basis.
Additionally, from time to time, we are in need of specific
items. Listed below
are both categories.
And please always remember, these items can be new or
used, they are tax deductible, greatly appreciated, and if we
have an abundance of any particular item, we share them with
other non-profit agencies in the area.

Stewart Community Home will hold a $10,000 Reverse Raffle
honoring Dr. Sidney Yarbrough, to be held at
The Cunningham Center for Leadership Development on
February 23, 2010,
beginning at
6:30 p.m.
A highly respected orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Yarbrough has
made an incredibly positive impact in both the medical and
philanthropic fields. The Stewart Community Home continues to
fulfill its mission and has grown into what it is today thanks
to Dr. Yarbrough's tireless efforts and dedication.
Purchasing a $100 raffle
ticket is your invitation for you and a guest to attend the
drawing celebration, a chance to win fabulous door prizes, and
to honor Dr. Yarbrough while supporting the Stewart Community
Home! You’ve never seen a raffle quite like this! Throughout the
evening the excitement builds as numbers are drawn.

The Stewart Community Home
provides permanent or transitional safe housing for those
homeless and disabled adults requiring limited personal care by
providing nutritious meals, medical stabilization programs, and
activities to maximize essential life skills.
